End-of-Day Market Data Service

Pink OTC Markets′ End of Day Market Data Service provides users with closing prices and other market information for OTCQX, OTCBB, and Pink Sheets securities. This service offers broker-dealers, asset/investment managers and advisors, trust administration, custody and clearing firms, information providers and market data redistributors a cost-effective solution for:

FINOP Report

The FINOP Report provides broker-dealers with monthly security and market maker details to facilitate and streamline the preparation of the monthly FOCUS Report. This report provides critical data for calculating OTC equity security haircuts pursuant to SEC Rule15c3-1 (Net Capital Requirements for Broker-Dealers). Each report contains the following items of information for all OTC securities:

  • Trading Symbol
  • OTC Market Tier
  • Market Maker Names
  • Market Maker ID
  • Last Sale, Closing inside Bid and Ask prices
  • Home market trading venue for ADR and Foreign issuers

The FINOP Report covers all OTC Equity Securities – OTCQX, OTCBB and Pink Sheets – quoted on PinkQuote and is delivered in an easily search-able Excel spreadsheet format. Data is provided as of the last trading day of the month.

OTC Library Research Service

Designed for corporate management, law firms, broker-dealers, investors and accountants, this service provides a compilation of historical stock and bond prices, quotations, and corporate actions dating back to 1950. The OTC Library Research Service provides coverage of all the securities listed for trading on the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, The NASDAQ Stock Market, and the three tiers of OTC securities – OTCQX, OTCBB,and Pink Sheets. The service is a trusted source for:

OTC Quote History

OTC Quote History is a daily audit record of all Inside and Market Maker quotations published on Pink Quote for OTCQX, OTCBB, and Pink Sheets securities. Broker-dealers subscribe to OTC History to perform a number of required internal and external functions, including: best execution analysis, current and historical record keeping and regulatory compliance. The product contains the following OTC security and market maker information:

  • Date
  • Trading Symbol
  • Security Issue Name
  • Market Participant ID
  • Quote Type
  • Trader ID
  • Price
  • Size
  • Time

Pricing

FINOP Report - Monthly subscription fee $250 for broker-dealers and $500 for other users.

OTC History - Monthly fee of $200.

OTC Library Research - Pricing differs based on the specifications and date range of the report, minimum $100.

End-of-Day Market Service - Pricing is based on user type and requires a separate addendum to the Market Data Distribution Agreement.
